外泌體 ( Exosome ) 是細胞外囊泡 ( extracellular vesicles ) 的⼀ 種， 其脂質雙層膜囊泡內攜帶核酸 、 蛋⽩質、 醣類 、脂質等多種訊號因⼦，作為細胞 間信號傳遞的媒介以調控⽣理與病理機制，使其成為疾病診斷與治療研究發展受到矚⽬。

Exosomes are unique, nanoscale extracellular vesicles with biological activity. You can imagine them as representatives of stem cells, capable of transmitting information between different cells. They can be considered as coordinators that regulate the communication between cells, delivering a rich array of growth factors and anti-inflammatory agents, responsible for the repair of organs and tissues, while also regulating immune responses. The paracrine and homing effects of exosomes can positively influence cell regeneration and inflammation, helping to repair the body’s cells and tissues.
